Singer Joy Adegoke and producer Wim Janssens have been combining their musical talents under the name of Joy Wellboy since 2009. This year they became members of our BPitch Control family.
Starting with their contribution to the „Where The Wind Blows“ compilation and followed by the Joy Wellboy album „Yorokobi`s Mantra“ this past summer.

„Mickey Remedy“ is their latest single from the LP, a track that comes in three different flavours. The „Original Mix“ can be defined as „electronic pop with a lot of emotions“. Joy`s expressively haunting voice is felt floating above Wim`s landscape of sound. In „The Mermaid Mix“ they huddle tenderly to the listener and offer a spectrum of feelings in an intimate atmosphere. The final version, „Fur Coat Remix“, targets the dancefloors and connects fragile elements of the vocals with forward grooves.
